Why does the site say my email is already registered?

If you are seeing this message, you may already be signed up.  If you are trying to sign up for a new account, when you already have one and are just trying to sign in, then you are likely to see this message.  

If this is the case, then you should return to the homepage and click "Sign In" at the top of the page.  If you are trying to become a subscriber, then your account is already created and you simply need to complete the payment portion of the process.  You therefore, should then click the "Have an Account?" link before continuing.
